Dr Susan Crozier
Dr Susan Crozier is a Counsellor in Private Practice specialising in Grief Counselling, and therapy for those experiencing Anxiety and Depression. Susan has a PhD from the University of Auckland (2004) and, after a career in education, she later completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling at Unitec (2015). Susan worked as a Counsellor at Hospice for many years, supporting people facing life-limiting illness and their grieving families. She is committed to providing compassionate care for people living with significant distress and helping them grow towards what is true and life-giving for them. She has studied and practiced meditation for many years and draws on Buddhist thought, mindfulness, and self-compassion teachings in her counselling practice as a way of helping people to find agency and hope in responding to the challenges that life inevitably brings. Rachel Yücel
Rachel Yücel is a registered psychologist based in West Auckland. Over the past decade, she has worked across a variety of settings – including clinic, school, whānau homes, and residential care – supporting individuals across the lifespan, from children to adults. Rachel specialises in several different areas that include parent coaching using practical, evidence-based strategies to navigate challenges, strengthen parent-child relationships, and support emotional and behavioural development. She provides behavioural interventions focused on skill-building and improving quality of life, as well as support for emotional regulation, anxiety, and stress that is developmentally appropriate and neurodiversity-affirming. Her therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support mental health, trauma recovery, and resilience. Rachel also offers holistic support for burnout and self-care, incorporating mindfulness and self-compassion, and is passionate about maternal wellbeing, helping mothers navigate the emotional and physical transitions of Matrescence. Amy Williams
Amy Reis Williams is a therapist based in West Auckland, offering a holistic, whole-person approach to mental health. With a strong foundation in psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy. Amy works with individuals of all ages to support their mental wellbeing. She specialises in BPD, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, neurodiversity (including autism and ADHD), addiction, eating disorders, relationship challenges, and more. Amy integrates a range of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic psychotherapy in the CM model, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, to tailor treatment to each client's needs. April Wech
April a registered general psychologist with a specialty in managing physical health conditions. She is a West Auckland local and studied at the University of Auckland. April holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology and Physiology), BSc Honors (Psychology, First Class Honors), Master of Health Psychology (Hons.) and Post Graduate Diploma in Health Psychology. She has special experience in pain management and concussion recovery, however she supports all kinds of clients with a diverse range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, relationship difficulties, impacts of neurodiversity (ADHD/Autism) body image distress and physical symptom-related distress. April draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Pain Reprocessing, Mindfulness-based interventions and Self-Compassion.
